How do I get LOA details from my HMO?

For many HMOs, you may need to provide the following details for your HMO to validate the accreditation of the doctor or clinic/hospital:

1. Your Doctor's name
2. Consultation type (Online or In-Person)
3. Name of clinic or hospital (if it's In-Person consultation)
4. Consultation Date

You will receive the LOA file from your HMO, usually within 24 hours. 😊
