When your booking is accepted, you will receive an SMS/email indicating the time of consultation.
If there is no time indicated on your consultation, please send a message to your doctor via the app to clarify and avoid miscommunication or delay on your consultation.
You will also receive an email if you entered an email during booking and you will also receive a push notification of the accepted appointment if you already have the NowServing app installed.
Also, in the NowServing app under DOCTORS > Consultations, you will be able to see all your consultations and their status
Clicking on a specific consultation will show more details regarding it.
