Are your files not showing up in the Files area of your NowServing app?

1. Did you login to the NowServing app using a new mobile number?

If you did, please look for the SMS from NowServing that you received from the past with a link. Please load that link on the new device and it should open the NowServing app with the patient profile now linked to this other mobile number. Note that the OTP will most likely still go to the original mobile number. 

2. Was your profile accidentally removed from your NowServing app?

If you ended up in the the My Doctors area of the app and accidentally pressed X beside your name, which would remove the profile from your account, please look for the SMS from NowServing that you received from the past with a link. Please load that link and it should open the NowServing app with your patient profile now linked again. You should see your Files shortly after that.

3. Are you seeing an error message?

If you see an error message, saying either your profile is archived or merged, your doctor most likely have updated your profile. Please message your doctor or you can email us and we’ll help inform your doctor about what can be done.
