When your doctor sends you your prescription, you will receive an SMS with a shortcut link that you can tap to instantly open your NowServing app.
If you are already inside the NowServing app, you can find it under Profile > My Files > Prescriptions
You can also find it in the Messages tab in your message thread with your doctor.
