If your booking was cancelled or rejected, we understand how inconvenient this might be. To make up for the disruption, we’ve issued you a gift card and an additional ₱50 coupon as a token of goodwill. Here’s everything you need to know:

What is the Gift Card For?

The gift card you received is equivalent to the amount you originally paid for the cancelled booking request. For example, if you paid ₱500 for the appointment, your gift card will have a balance of ₱500.

This gift card can be found in the My Profile > Wallet > Gift Cards section of your NowServing account and can be used to pay for a future booking with any doctor on the platform.

What About the ₱50 Coupon?

In addition to the gift card, you’ll also receive a ₱50 coupon as a gesture of goodwill. The voucher will be automatically applied to your next booking, giving you a small discount.

Note: The ₱50 coupon is only redeemable within 24 hours after being issued.
