If you visited a facility that’s part of the NowServing Connected Care Network but didn’t use your NowServing account to book the appointment, you can still claim your points.

When you open the NowServing app, you may see unverified profiles. These are profiles that exist in the system but have not yet been linked to a NowServing account because the patient booked outside the app (for example, as a walk-in).

To claim and verify the profile:

Step 1: Open the NowServing app.

Step 2: Look for the unverified profile.

Step 3: Enter the patient’s last name and birthdate.

Step 4: Once the details match, the profile will be marked as verified.

After verification, you can now claim the points by going to Account > Available Points in your NowServing account.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I enter my last name and birthdate but the verification has failed. What do I do?
If you entered your last name and birthdate but the verification didn’t go through, don’t worry—this usually happens if the doctor’s clinic record has an incorrect or outdated detail.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Reach out to your doctor’s clinic – Ask them to update your patient record with the correct last name and/or birthdate. Once updated, they can send you a new NowServing link so you can successfully claim your points.

  2. Contact NowServing Support – If you prefer, you can also email our team at support@nowserving.ph. We’ll help coordinate with your doctor to get the details corrected and guide you in completing the claiming process.
