You can earn reward points when you purchase medicine from the NowServing Pharmacy in the NowServing app, or when you visit any facility that is part of the NowServing Connected Care program.
What is NowServing Connected Care?
NowServing Connected Care links you to partner facilities where you can fulfill your lab requests or purchase medicines. When you go to these partner centers, you can also earn rewards for your visits.

How to Earn Points Through Lab Requests
Step 1: Receive a Lab Request
When your doctor sends you a lab request, scan the QR code on the document. 
This will open in your browser and give you a digital copy of the same document.
Step 2: Find Partner Diagnostic Centers
From the lab request, you’ll see an option to view partner diagnostic centers where you can complete your tests and earn rewards.
Tap the link to see more information about each facility.
Step 3: Visit the Facility and Pay
Go to your chosen diagnostic center and present your lab request. After settling the payment for your tests, you will automatically receive a notification confirming the points or rewards you earned.
How to Claim Your Points
Open the NowServing app and log in using the same mobile number you used during your transaction.
Go to Account.
You will see the total points available for claiming. Tap Claim.
You can use your points to redeem gift cards inside the app.
