You might notice that the payment link you receive from your doctor now looks a little different. Instead of the longer payments.seriousmd.com link, you’ll start seeing a shorter one that begins with smd.now.

This update is meant to help make your experience faster, cleaner, and more secure!

What exactly is smd.now?

smd.now is our new official short link domain.

It’s simply a shorter version of our usual payment link and leads you to the same secure payment page you’ve always used.

Why did we change it?

We made this update to improve your overall experience:

  • Shorter links load better on mobile

  • SMS messages are easier to read

  • Fewer chances of broken or cut-off links

  • It’s easier to recognize that the link is truly from us

How do I know the link is legitimate?

Here’s how you can confirm that the link you received is safe:

  • The message should come from [SeriousMD/NowServing]

  • The link should start with https://smd.now/

  • The payment page should clearly show:

    • Your doctor's name

    • Your name

    • The amount billed to you

What should I do if something feels off?

If you ever receive a link that looks unusual or unexpected:

  • Avoid clicking or entering any payment details

  • Contact NowServing Support (support@nowserving.ph or NowServing on Facebook) and provide the following information

    • Reason/your concern

    • Your full name/full name of patient

    • Full name of doctor

    • Date of booking

Your safety is important to us, and we’re here to help anytime.
