To view your medical records — prescriptions, visit notes, diagnoses — on NowServing, your doctor needs to send you an invite. Here's what you need to do.
Step 1: Keep your details up to date
During your visit, ensure the clinic has your current mobile number saved in their system.
Step 2: Ask for an Invite Code
Request your doctor or clinic to send you an “Invite Code”. This is a 8 character code that you will receive via SMS.

Step 3: Redeem the Invite
Click the link in the SMS or manually enter the code in the NowServing app to see your records. Code can be entered in either the sign up screen or in Account tab > Enter Invite Code.
