The NowServing Care Gift Card lets you give someone a private mental health session. You choose the amount, they choose the doctor. It is a simple, caring way to help a loved one talk to a professional, when they are ready.
How it works
A gift of care, all in the app. The card is bought and delivered entirely inside the NowServing app. There is no separate website and no voucher code to keep track of.
It gives a private session. The recipient uses the gift toward a consultation with a mental health professional on NowServing, a psychiatrist or a licensed psychologist.
You pick the amount, they pick the doctor. You set the value before you send it. The recipient chooses the doctor, the schedule, and how they want to consult. You can also suggest a doctor if you have one in mind.
A gentle heads-up. We send the recipient a gentle SMS letting them know that someone cares about them and a session is waiting.
Private and secure. The recipient books their session privately and chooses their own doctor in NowServing.
How the recipient uses it
The recipient opens the NowServing app, finds the gift card in My Wallet, and applies it when booking a session. The Care Gift Card is for one-time use, and only one gift card or coupon can be applied at a time.
What it can be used for
The Care Gift Card launches with mental health as its first focus. More specialties may follow in future waves.
