Sending a Care Gift Card takes three quick steps inside the NowServing app. Make sure you have the latest version installed before you start.
Step 1: Fill out the recipient's information
Enter the recipient's mobile number (required) and their first and last name. Email and a personal note are optional. You can also suggest a doctor if you have one in mind. We will send the recipient a gentle SMS letting them know that someone cares about them and a session is waiting.
Step 2: Select the amount
Pick one of the preset amounts (₱1,000, ₱1,500, or ₱2,000) or enter a custom amount that fits your budget.
Step 3: Review and pay
Check the order summary, then confirm your payment. You can pay with a credit or debit card, online banking, or an e-wallet such as GCash or GrabPay.
That is it
Once payment goes through, the gift is on its way. The recipient receives the gentle SMS and can redeem the card in their NowServing app whenever they are ready.
Does the recipient need the app?
Yes. The recipient redeems the gift card in the NowServing app, under My Wallet. If they are new, they can create an account with their number and the gift card will be waiting.
Can I send one from abroad?
Yes. Filipinos overseas can send Care Gift Cards to family back home through the app, a convenient way for OFWs to fund care directly.
