If someone sent you a NowServing Care Gift Card, here is how to claim and use it. Your gift card covers a consultation, it never expires, and your choices stay private.

Step 1: Watch for the SMS

You will receive a gentle text message (and an email, if the sender added one) letting you know that someone sent you a NowServing Care Gift Card. The message includes the sender's name.

Step 2: Open the NowServing app

If you are new to NowServing, create a free account using the same mobile number the gift card was sent to. If you already have the app, just log in. Your gift card will be waiting for you.

Step 3: Find your gift card in My Wallet

Go to My Wallet, then Gift Cards. You will see who sent it and the amount, marked as Unused and ready to use.

Step 4: Book your session

Tap into the gift card and book a mental health consultation. If the sender suggested a doctor, that doctor appears as Suggested for you, but you are always free to choose anyone you prefer.

Step 5: Confirm your booking

Your gift card is applied as credit at checkout. Once your session is completed, the gift card is marked Used.

Do I need to use it right away?

No. Care Gift Cards never expire, so you can book whenever you are ready. We will send one gentle reminder at around 25 days if you have not used it yet.

What if the doctor's fee is higher than my gift card?

You will see the difference at checkout and can pay it with a card, GCash, or GrabPay. If the booking is cancelled or declined, your gift card returns to your wallet and any extra amount you paid is refunded.

Is my session private?

Yes. The person who sent the gift card only ever knows two things: that the gift was sent, and whether it has been used. They never see the doctor you choose, when you book, or anything about your session.

What can I use it for?

For now, Care Gift Cards are for mental health consultations on NowServing.
