When your doctor sends you your prescription, you will receive an SMS with a shortcut link that you can tap to instantly open your NowServing app.
If you are already inside the NowServing app, you can find it inside Files under the Prescriptions tab.
You can also find it in the Messages tab in your message thread with your doctor.
