Doctors usually are able to accept consultation requests within 24 hours. Kindly wait for them to confirm your request.
If your doctor has not confirmed your consultation request within their response time guarantee shown in the app and you already paid through the NowServing app, your request will be cancelled by the system and payment will be automatically be refunded to you.
My doctor hasn't accepted my booking request yet. What should I do?
